Our spacious and airy rooms are all carved into the rock and have an independent entrance with a terrace in front of them. Inhabited until 1950 and renovated in 2007 with particular care, respecting the structural characteristics of a hypogeum house, the rooms are equipped with private bathroom, shower, hairdryer, towel set, courtesy set, air conditioning, heating, fridge and internet connection.
The location is truly enviable, bordering the Musma “Museum of Contemporary Sculpture”; in a few minutes you can reach the most important sites of the “Sassi” of Matera such as the Cathedral, Piazza Vittorio Veneto, the Cave House and the rock churches.

Each block has a number of apartments named with the names of the characters of the relative works of the great musician (Ping, Pong, Pang, Liù Tosca, Cavaradossi, Scarpia, Sacristano, Floria, Angelotti, Spoletta, Cio-cio san, Pinkerton, Mimì, Musetta, Rodolfo).
Versione Italiana – Il Residence Prunali è un antico casale che vuole essere un omaggio al grande Puccini, musicista di fama mondiale nato e cresciuto in questi luoghi.
Accoglienza, raffinatezza, originalità sono le prime impressioni che vengono percepite entrando. Our Holiday Home is immersed in the green Umbrian landscape. It is located at about 6 Km. from Gubbio and enjoys a splendid panorama overlooking the whole Eugubina valley. Obtained from an old medieval village, it has maintained the typical characteristics of Umbrian rural buildings.
