Società Cooperativa Ballarò

English Version – The Cooperative Society Ballarò was born in September 2005 following an experience gained as a Student Association operating at the University of Palermo. The spirit that has distinguished the association was based on cooperation between university students, who combined their skills to create forms of activities that could create development and offer employment to young graduates.
The main activity carried out today by the Cooperative concerns the tourism sector and in particular the management of accommodation facilities. Today, the Ballarò Cooperative has 14 members and numerous collaborators, engaged daily in the management of 5 accommodation facilities in two different Italian regions.

Versione Italiana – La Società Cooperativa Ballarò nasce nel settembre del 2005 a seguito di un’esperienza maturata come Associazione Studentesca operante presso l’Università degli Studi di Palermo. Lo spirito che ha contraddistinto l’associazione è stato improntato alla cooperazione tra studenti universitari, i quali hanno unito le loro competenze per dar vita a forme di attività che potessero creare sviluppo e offrire occupazione a giovani laureati.
La principale attività svolta oggi dalla Cooperativa attiene il settore del Turismo e in particolare la gestione di strutture ricettive. Ad oggi, la Cooperativa Ballarò conta 14 soci e numerosi collaboratori, impegnati quotidianamente nella gestione di 5 strutture ricettive in due differenti regioni italiane.

Rio Albano – Case Vacanze

English Version – Rio Albano is a residence located on the eastern side of the Island of Elba along the road that connects the characteristic town of Rio Marina and the hamlet of Cavo.
Ancient building of the mine, built in the second half of the nineteenth century, housed the workers of the iron mines. Recently restored and used as holiday accommodation, it has been equipped with all the comforts to offer relaxing holidays. Located between Rio Marina and Cavo, Rio Albano – residence – is immersed in the lush greenery of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, within the mining park just a few steps from the sea.

Antico edificio dell’Ente Miniera, costruito nella seconda metà dell’Ottocento, ospitava i lavoratori delle miniere di ferro. Recentemente restaurato e adibito ad alloggi per vacanza, è stato dotato di tutti i confort per offrire vacanze all’insegna del relax.
